Ubere Mama Review

You may have seen us announce the launch of brand new breastfeeding clothing brand Ubere Mama?!

Their clothes are as yet untested, until now!  Ubere Mama pride themselves on the quality of their clothing, aiming for well made, long-lasting clothes rather than the “throw away” fashion market.

We also have a great pre-Christmas CIBII discount code of a huge 20%!  Use the code “MUMS 18”

See what we thought of their new clothing lines………..

Maddison Dress

The design of the Maddison dress features a front panel under which there are slots for breastfeeding access. The nursing access is extremely easy!

The front panel doesn’t sit snug to your chest as in some tops and dresses but is more like a feature of the dress as it wraps right around to the back. It almost feels like a little bolero jacket!

The fabric has a bit of stretch and feels a quality fabric, the weight of it hangs really well. I like the sleeve and skirt lengths which are both flattering and easy for chasing children. The shoulder design I wasn’t sure of at first but is goes with the style of the dress and all works well together.  As with all new suppliers check the sizing information to make sure you get the best fit for you, details are on the website.

This dress could be worn for any occasion, dressed up for an event or worn for brunch with Mummy friends. A blank canvas and perfect for having fun accessorising with bright colours! The Maddison dress is available in True black, or Silver grey and there is also a velour print.

Francesca Hoody

First comments on the hoody is that it is the softest hoody I have ever put on!  It feels lovely,  soft and warm.

The nursing access is through a discrete zip down each side, the zip goes from the armpit area right down to the pocket, even easier for breastfeeding and especially for those with bigger boobs.  received_690500367989301

The zips are very easy to open too which is great as you don’t want to struggling with fiddly zips if your little one  is wanting milk.  The zips are extremely discrete, it is not obviously apparent that this is a breastfeeding hoody.

The hoody is true to size but if you prefer a baggier hoody you may wish to size up.

Overall the the quality is good and the hoody is comfortable and warm.  It is available in Indigo Melange, Rust and Anthracite Grey Melange.

Leilani Rollneck

The Leilani roll neck is made from a lovely soft, smooth and stretchy fabric that feels nice against the skin.  The length sits below the beltline -not too short for riding up!

The breastfeeding access is under a front panel with then easy access slits, easy and discrete.   The panel is quite obvious on me but that is probably as I haven’t got the hugest boobage, but it doesn’t look out of place for the style of top.

A roll neck is a good choice for babywearing, I know sometimes my chest can get cold when out on colder days!

This is an easy top to wear with jeans or a skirt.  The top is available in Atlantic Teal , Winterberry , Silver High Rise
